Marine-Ecological Climate Change and Climate Services

My research examines how climate change and climate variability impact life in
the ocean, from plankton to fish. I use understanding gained from the analysis of observations
and theory to i) develop marine ecological climate services and predict changes in the near-term and  ii) toproject changes on long-term time-scales to assess the vulnerability of human communities that rely on the marine environment.
