DTU Aqua's location in Silkeborg hosts a fully equipped DNA laboratory with a dedicated “clean-lab”, for manipulating sensitive samples (historical tissue and eDNA).
The facility holds the full range of equipment for DNA and RNA analysis for monitoring purposes, including gene expression analysis and genome sequencing.
