PhD

DTU Aqua has its own PhD School with approximately 45 PhD students enrolled. 

About the PhD programme

The PhD programme is a three year research education designed to train scientists at an international level. Further to producing an independent scientific project, the program includes a study programme corresponding to 30 ECTS, external research stay and teaching and dissemination activities. Finally, the PhD programme includes a public PhD defense.
